Merri-bek City Council – Contaminated Land Management Policy & Guidelines

Assisting Council in their objective of developing a potentially contaminated land management policy and strategic framework to better understand their liabilities and obligations – principally in relation to property due diligence and divestment from a capital works program but also as a duty holder in control of land. Scope of work included preparation of a Contaminated Land Management Policy, a Land Contamination Operating Guideline and an Unexpected Find Procedure.
