Out-Task Environmental commenced operations in October 2013, and since then we have become a thriving small business and built up a client base in multiple industry sectors across Victoria and interstate.

Over 20 years’ experience working in the environmental consulting industry in Australia and the UK. Specialises in contaminated land assessment. Also possesses significant experience working as a support team member on 53V and 53X environmental audits.
Proven track record working on numerous large and technically complex sites (including retail, distribution and port / terminal facilities) and projects for a range of clients including large entities such as AGL Energy and Greater Western Water.
Dr Grynberg is a former EPA auditor with over 46 years’ experience. He has conducted or participated in audits at a wide range of sites including mines & mineral processing sites, oil producing facilities, industrial liquid waste treatment sites, manufacturing sites, transport depots, metal working sites and others. He has led and managed large multidisciplinary environmental project teams. In recent years he has also been assisting clients in the broad area of environmental management. He has been called upon to provide expert technical review and expert witness support in public reviews and VCAT hearings in Victoria.
Extensive experience in hydrogeological investigations, water resource assessment, environmental impact assessments and
project management. Involved in projects throughout the UK and Australia as an environmental regulator (UK), water company hydrogeologist (UK) and environmental consultant (Australia).
Projects include regional and local scale hydrogeological assessments, wellfield development and rehabilitation, groundwater impact assessments as part of Environment Effects Statements (EES), and development of conceptual site models for the Government and manufacturing, oil and gas, landfill, and mining industries.
