Dr Grynberg is a former EPA auditor with over 46 years’ experience. He has conducted or participated in audits at a wide range of sites including mines & mineral processing sites, oil producing facilities, industrial liquid waste treatment sites, manufacturing sites, transport depots, metal working sites and others. He has led and managed large multidisciplinary environmental project teams. In recent years he has also been assisting clients in the broad area of environmental management. He has been called upon to provide expert technical review and expert witness support in public reviews and VCAT hearings in Victoria.

A hydrogeologist with more than 25 years of professional experience on environmental consulting projects conducted within both Australia and the United States. This experience includes: the assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater impacts (inc. PFAS) at commercial, defence, industrial, residential and mining properties; the design, installation, development and testing of groundwater bore networks; the evaluation of potable water supplies in remote, indigenous communities; dye tracing of groundwater in mature, karst aquifers; landfill closure and assessment activities; environmental impact assessments; environmental audits, and mathematical and geochemical modelling; the design, performance and analysis of laboratory experiments; transit time modelling and groundwater-surface water interaction. In addition, William has been involved in teaching and research at academic institutions in both Australia and the United States.

Recently completed a PhD within the School of Earth, Atmosphere and Environment (EAE) at Monash University in Clayton, Victoria researching stable and radioactive isotopes in combination with aqueous geochemistry to understand the residence times of groundwater, surface water and solutes in the Barwon and Gellibrand River catchments of western Victoria.

Rohan is an EPA Victoria appointed Environmental Auditor (Industrial Facilities) authorised to perform auditor services for Landfills, Industries and Wind Energy Facilities.

Through his extensive private and public-sector work history and as an EPA Victoria appointed auditor, Rohan is well known to Victorian water and waste industries, and also mutually recognised as an Auditor in the Northern Territory, ACT and other Australian States. He is regularly sought after for his expertise in environmental assessment, risk management and monitoring, EPA permissions, compliance and audit services.

He specialises in: Environmental audit, risk assessment, monitoring (water, groundwater, soils, air, odour, dust, noise), landfill management (design, operation, closure and audit), wastewater treatment, water recycling, agricultural engineering, irrigation design and operation, land capability assessment, EPA permissions, approvals and licensing and compliance, environmental management plans and systems (RMMP, HEMP, EIP, EMS, OEMP, CEMP), and associated regulator, stakeholder and community consultation.
