Frankston Australia Clay Target Club (FACTC) – Environmental Site Assessment

FACTC is the third biggest clay target shooting facility in Victoria. To comply with the General Environmental Duty (GED) and Duty to Manage (DTM) obligations as a Duty Holder under the Environment Protection Act, 2017, Out-Task undertook various scopes of work including environmental site assessment (ESA) and human health and environmental risk assessment (HHERA) for shooting activities as well as production of an updated environmental management plan (EMP) and ongoing annual monitoring and auditing. Successfully liaised with project stakeholders including Melbourne Water and Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA).
