Meatworks, Gillieston
Design and works approval (EPA permissions application) reporting (including odour modelling) delivered resulting in issue of EPA licence and subsequent successful navigation through Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) (3rd party objections) without change to conditions. The Gillieston project (value $20-30M) was identified by the Victorian government as a priority project resulting in about 200 new regional jobs in construction and operation and significant flow on economic benefits in the region.
