Potentially contaminated land Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI) in support of potential planning scheme amendment (PSA) applications for two multimillion dollar regionally significant re-zoning (and subsequent residential redevelopment) projects for large tracts of ex-farming land in Bagshot and Seymour, Victoria. The proposed rezoning of the subject land for urban residential development is supported by state and municipal planning strategy.
The scope of work for the PSIs included historical desktop studies and soil testing relating to potential contamination sources including former mining and agricultural activities and residential septic / greywater systems.
