Environmental Audit of Lower Molonglo Wastewater Quality Control Centre (LMWQCC) for proposed reduction to odour buffer zone, including independent technical review of odour reduction strategies and odour modelling (AERMOD, AUSPLUME, CALPUFF, CALMET).

Auditor endorsement of progressive reduction in odour buffer zone in conjunction with odour mitigation scenarios at LMWQCC, to facilitate ACT EPA and local planning department approval for staged residential development of the Gininderry Precinct and subsequent regulatory changes to the ACT Territory Plan. Gininderry is a large urban growth zone in the northwest fringe of Canberra that extends across the ACT/NSW border to the west of Belconnen and will ultimately house 30,000 new residents.
