Detailed site investigation (DSI) in support of a s53X statutory contaminated land audit to satisfy a Council planning permit application condition for a multiple townhouse redevelopment of an ex-commercial restaurant sited adjacent to a former motor dealership / service station site.

Scope of work included the supervision and validation of the removal of a former grease trap and associated contaminated soils, vapour intrusion risk assessment and basement excavation validation. Early and close liaison with the nominated environmental auditor ensured smooth progression of the investigation process resulting in the issue of a Statement of Environment Audit for the site.
